Warranty Policy

1. Core Warranty Coverage (By Product Type)

1.1 Standard Product Warranty

Soundbar, projector, and laser TV products are covered by the following standard warranty period, starting from the date of purchase.

Note: Accessory products (such as projection screens, surround speaker stands, remote controls, cables, etc.) are not covered under this standard product warranty and are excluded from the warranty periods listed below.

Supplementary Note:
For countries or regions not listed above, the standard warranty period is uniformly one (1) year, subject to local sales policies.

1.2 Refurbished Product Warranty

1.2.1 Limited Warranty for Refurbished Products

All ULTIMEA products sold as “refurbished” are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the refurbished product itself and does not cover any accessories included with the product.

1.2.2 Coverage

If a defect arises in a refurbished product during the warranty period, ULTIMEA will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective hardware at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts that are equivalent in performance and reliability; or
  • Replace the product with a refurbished product of equivalent or superior functionality.

All repaired or replacement products will be fully tested to ensure quality and performance before shipment.

1.3 Accessory & Add-on Component Warranty

1.3.1 Standard Parts Warranty

Standard accessory parts (including adapters, screws, cables, remote controls, etc.) are covered by a one (1) year warranty.

If a quality-related issue occurs within this period, ULTIMEA will provide a replacement accessory free of charge.

1.3.2 Add-on Components Warranty Policy

This policy applies to add-on components such as projection screens, surround speaker stands, and other peripheral products.

Accessories Purchased Separately (via Product Page Orders)

Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of purchase.
Note: If the order receives a refund exceeding 10%, the free warranty service for the accessory will be voided.

Free Accessories Included in Buy-One-Get-One Bundles or Promotional Packages

Warranty Period: 30 days from the date of delivery.
These free accessories are not eligible for extended warranty or replacement service after the warranty period expires.

If a quality issue occurs within the applicable warranty period, the customer must provide:

  • An order screenshot
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

After confirmation by the seller, all replacement costs will be covered by the seller.

For issues reported after the warranty period, customers are advised to re-purchase the item. An exclusive discount code may be provided upon request.

2. Warranty Claim Process (Application – Documentation – Shipping)

2.1 Application Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact ULTIMEA customer support at support@ultimea.com.

A customer service representative will guide you through the claim process and request relevant information to expedite handling, including:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Product model name
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

You may also submit a request via the Contact Us page for exchange or repair assistance.

2.2 Required Documentation

A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or sales receipt showing the purchase date) is required for all warranty claims.

  • For refurbished products, the proof of purchase must clearly indicate that the item was sold as refurbished.
  • For laser TV repairs conducted at local shops, a valid repair certificate and payment invoice are required for review.

2.3 Shipping Costs

  • Within the warranty period: ULTIMEA will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective product and the shipment of the repaired or replacement product.
  • Outside the warranty period: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. ULTIMEA will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

3. Cost Standards (In-Warranty – Out-of-Warranty – By Product)

3.1 In-Warranty Cost Standards

If a valid warranty claim is approved within the applicable warranty period, ULTIMEA will repair or replace the product at no charge.

All replacement units will be tested and repackaged to ensure quality control.

All shipping costs will be borne by ULTIMEA.

3.2 Out-of-Warranty Cost Standards

3.2.1 Soundbar & Projector

For repair or replacement with a new or “Used – Good” condition product, the customer will be charged a service fee ranging from USD 50 to USD 150, depending on the product model and service required.

3.2.2 Laser TV

For repair or replacement with a new or “Used – Good” condition product, the customer will be charged a service fee ranging from USD 300 to USD 500, depending on the service required.

4. Exclusions

  • Improper installation, misuse, or abuse
  • Failure to follow installation or operating instructions
  • Accidents, fire, flooding, or other external causes
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Personal damage to the product
  • Non-quality-related issues
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products that have exceeded the warranty period
  • Free products
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs
  • Purchases from unauthorized or illegitimate sellers

Note:
ULTIMEA does not support local shop repairs for soundbars or projectors. Any unauthorized repair attempts will void the warranty, and ULTIMEA will not cover resulting damages. Please contact ULTIMEA’s official service center for assistance.

5. Special Notes

5.1 Product Warranty Extension Plan

ULTIMEA offers a 1–3 year extended warranty plan for eligible products.

  • Accessory products are not eligible for extended warranty coverage
  • Extended warranties cover repair and replacement services only; refunds are excluded
