2. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is applicable to orders over $25 within our delivery areas (the US, Canada, Europe, Japan). For addresses outside the aforementioned regions, shipping fees will be charged according to the logistics company’s actual pricing.

3. Special Requirements
3.1 For Laser TVs
A signature is required upon delivery to confirm the secure receipt of laser TVs. Your signature on the Proof of Delivery (POD) serves as confirmation of package receipt; we will not be liable for compensation claims if your signature is present on the POD.
Note: The complimentary 3D glasses included with your laser TV purchase will be shipped separately from the warehouse. Please keep an eye out for both packages.
3.2 For Laser TV Screens
Laser TV screens will be shipped directly from China to your designated address. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date and the delivery address is accurate to facilitate smooth delivery.
4. Order Issues
4.1 Tracking your order
A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Click here to track order.
4.2 Non-receipt of orders
If your order has a tracking number but has not arrived, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If your order does not have a tracking number, please contact us at support@ultimea.com with your order number for further assistance.
Note: Delivery times may be delayed due to local factors such as holidays, customs clearance, or logistics disruptions.
4.3 Marked as delivered but package not found
If your tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will file a refund claim on your behalf, verify the package status with our delivery partners, and make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. We will strive to ensure your products reach you as soon as possible.
5. General Inquiries
5.1 Change of delivery address after shipment
Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be modified once the product is in transit.
5.2 Multiple items in a single order
We aim to ship all items in your order together. However, some items may be shipped separately due to different inventory locations or shipping requirements. A shipment notification email will be sent to you once each item is dispatched.
5.3 Tax Information
No additional taxes are included in our product prices. In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities (not by Ultimea). The customer is responsible for covering these charges. We have no control over the customs policies of any country and apologize for any inconvenience.
